I live here in this beautiful part of New York State because I chose to live here. The photographs that you see on my blog are mine and the places, events, or eating establishments that I write about are places that I have visited. And from time to time, I will offer some of my own opinions on various subjects which interest me. 

There is a lot of information in our world today. Most of it just ends up being noise which not only doesn't add anything to our lives, but actually detracts from our daily living. I hope that my knowledge based reporting will give you some useful information about my experiencing life in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, and why I chose to live here. Perhaps you will come for a vacation to see for yourself or maybe even buy a copy of my book,"The Last of the Family Farms." Who knows.
